Five decades at the port

Fifty years of keeping ships moving in Batangas

Established in 1976 and owned and operated by Perpetuo P. Faytaren, the agency has grown from the Port of Batangas to ports across Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao. Our ship's agents know the port authorities, the terminals and the pilots by name, which is how problems get solved before they cost you a day.

What we do

Shipping agency services for every stage of a port call

From the pre-arrival notice to the final disbursement account, we cover the official, practical and commercial sides of a vessel's stay. Here are the services principals ask for most.

Crew services

Crew Change (Immigration Services)

A crew change means signing seafarers off and on a vessel while it is in port, legally and without delaying the ship.

Marine supply and vessel care

Bunkering Services

Bunkering is the supply of fuel and lubricants to a ship.

Cargo and logistics

Checking and Tally Services

Tally is the independent count and record of cargo as it moves between ship and shore.

How a port call works

Four steps from appointment to sailing

  1. Appoint us

Send the vessel particulars, ETA, cargo and any crew or supply needs.

  2. Pre-arrival

We file the documents, confirm berth or anchorage and send a port cost estimate.

  3. In port

Our liaison officers board, clear the vessel and handle requests until sailing.

  4. Closeout

Outward clearance, then the final disbursement account with receipts.

Track record

From coal and sugar to live cattle and power plant generators

Over the years our team has handled coal discharge at the National Power Corporation pier in Calaca, bagged sugar on electronic conveyors, live cattle from Australia at the Port of Batangas, hot-rolled steel plates at Bacnotan, and agency work for a cable-laying vessel repairing submarine fiber optic lines in Philippine waters, along with submarine cable recovery and debris removal.
